SERVICE CENTER At ColorID, we believe one of the most important factors to consider when purchasing an ID printer is the Technical Support you will receive after the purchase. Because of this, we have put together what we believe to be the best Technical Support team in the industry. Our Technical Support team, which is factory trained, repairs, installs, services, and offers training on all the printers we sell. Our Technical Support group is also responsible for ColorID’s in-house service bureau that prints approximately 1,000,000 dye-sublimation cards per year. All of these cards are printed with the same printers we sell to our customers, so every ColorID technical support member has a great depth of first hand experience in the day-to-day operation of these printers. COLORID TRACKER SYSTEM ColorID has a sophisticated, web based, tracking system that allows us to quickly and efficiently service you. There are four parts to the tracker system: Problem Calls, Product Serial Number, RMA, and Project Tracking. PROBLEM CALLS TRACKER Every call that comes into our support line will be issued a Ticket Number. All the information about your trouble call is logged into our central Technical Support database. When you call back in for a follow up question regarding the same problem, you surpport ticket number will allow ColorID’s support engineering to quickly and efficiently find your problem history. PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER TRACKER This system tracks most product’s serial numbers that we sell. By giving your product serial number to ColorID we can quickly look up all related Problem Call Tickets and Return Authorizations related to this product. This system also tracks your warranty for each product you own. It tells us when your warranty will expire and allows us to send you out The RMA tracker allows us to quickly issue you a RMA number when you are sending product or any item back to ColorID. This system will issue you a confirmation email that will give you full packing and shipping instructions. When your item arrives at the ColorID receiving dock, this system is accessed with the RMA number on the outside of your package to correctly route your return and take any corrective action that may be necessary. PROJECT TRACKER This Project Tracker allows our project managers to keep track of any project that we are doing for you. This system allows us to carefully keep track of all important dates and information about your project. If you ever decide to reorder the same product that was tracked on our system, we can quickly pull up every aspect of this previous project to make sure we can duplicate your previous project. SUPPORT FOR LIFE: Every ID printer purchased from ColorID, receives a “Life of the Printer” Unlimited Phone Support Warranty. You will receive prompt, knowledgeable support to help you with any questions or problems you may run into. a notice to inform you of your warranty expiration. RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) TRACKER
